Doctor Who: Coming of the Terraphiles by Michael Moorcock
Spot on.
Despite this being his first 'Who', MM immediately nails the 11th incarnation whilst at the same time making the 'Who' universe his own.
The Terraphiles themselves are wonderfully Wodehouse-ian. And there is a Universe-in-danger plot which is handled far better here than on screen.
